Flow sends transactional SMS messages to restaurant guests on behalf of participating restaurant partners. Messages are personal, infrequent, and sent only to guests with an upcoming reservation at the restaurant.
Message frequency is low — typically one message per upcoming reservation during active service periods. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
We never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used exclusively to deliver messages from the specific restaurant through which you were contacted.

These messages are transactional in nature — they deliver specific, time-sensitive table upgrade offers. You will not receive unsolicited marketing messages.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flow platform operated by Flow Office LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Flow," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Flow is a software platform that enables participating restaurants to offer private, SMS-delivered table upgrade opportunities to their guests. Flow facilitates the communication and transaction between restaurant and guest; it does not own or operate any restaurant.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages through a Flow-enabled restaurant, you agree to receive text messages from that restaurant via Flow's messaging platform. You acknowledge that:
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support for short codes is not guaranteed.
Restaurants that use the Flow platform agree separately to our Merchant Terms. Flow acts as a technology intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or fulfillment of any upgrade offered by a participating restaurant. Any dispute regarding a table upgrade should be directed first to the restaurant; if unresolved, contact us at ops@flowoffice.app.
Upgrade fees are processed securely through Stripe. All charges are disclosed prior to confirmation. Flow's cancellation policy is as follows:
This cancellation policy applies to the table upgrade only and is independent of the restaurant's own reservation deposit or cancellation policy. Flow is not responsible for refunds related to the underlying reservation.

Restaurant partners who use Flow to send SMS or email communications to guests represent and warrant that:
Flow is not responsible for any failure by a restaurant partner to obtain appropriate guest consent. Restaurant partners agree to indemnify and hold Flow Office LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or regulatory actions arising from the restaurant's failure to comply with applicable communications laws.
All content, software, and materials on the Flow platform are the property of Flow Office LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Office LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
